SSC (10th standard) passed PLUS a National Council for Vocational Training (NCVT) ITI certificate in the Electrician (वीजतंत्री) or Wireman (तारतंत्री) trade. This is an ITI-grade post, NOT a diploma or degree engineering post - any 'syllabus' pitched at diploma level is for a different cadre. Knowledge of Marathi is required.
