Terms of Use

1. No Affiliation with Exam Bodies

Quiz4Exam is an independent practice platform. We are NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or connected to IBPS, SBI, RBI, SSC, RRB, UPSC, any State PSC, the Government of India or any other examination-conducting body, board or authority. Exam names, abbreviations and patterns are referred to solely to identify the examinations for which practice material is offered; all trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Our mock tests, question patterns, syllabi mappings and difficulty calibrations are our own editorial estimates of publicly available exam patterns. Actual examinations may differ in pattern, syllabus, difficulty, marking scheme or any other respect, and we make no representation otherwise.

2. Eligibility & Account

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Platform. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf and supervises your use.

You register using your mobile number and a one-time password (OTP). You are solely responsible for the security of your device and account and for all activity under your account, whether or not authorised by you. Notify us immediately at support@quiz4exam.in of any suspected unauthorised use. We are not liable for any loss arising from unauthorised account use that is not directly caused by our proven negligence.

You agree to provide accurate information and to maintain only one account. We may decline, suspend or reclaim accounts at our reasonable discretion.

3. Our Services; Right to Modify

Quiz4Exam provides online mock tests, test series, practice questions, performance analytics, indicative rankings and related educational content for competitive-exam preparation. Some content is free; other content requires a one-time purchase or an active subscription.

We may, at any time and at our sole discretion, add, modify, suspend or discontinue any feature, content or part of the Platform, set or change free-usage limits, and carry out maintenance, with or without notice. Where a change materially and permanently removes a paid service during your paid period, your sole and exclusive remedy is the applicable remedy under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. Purchases, Subscriptions & Billing

• Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR). The amount shown at checkout is the final amount payable; there are no hidden charges.
• Payments are processed by third-party payment gateways (currently Razorpay). We never collect or store your card, UPI or banking credentials, and we are not responsible for the acts, errors or downtime of payment providers or banks.
• One-time purchases grant access for the validity period shown at the time of purchase, or until the relevant exam cycle ends if no period is shown.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the stated interval until cancelled. You can cancel auto-renewal anytime from your account; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• We may revise prices, plans and offers at any time. Revisions apply prospectively and never to amounts you have already paid.
• Access to paid content is personal to your account and is not transferable, resalable or shareable.

5. Refunds

All payments are governed exclusively by our Refund & Cancellation Policy (quiz4exam.in/refund-policy). Except as expressly provided there or as mandated by applicable law, all sales are final and amounts paid are non-refundable. The remedies in the Refund & Cancellation Policy are your sole and exclusive remedies for any issue with a purchase.

6. Acceptable Use

Any violation may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, without prior notice and without refund, and forfeiture of ranks, content access and promotional benefits. We may also pursue all available legal remedies, including damages and injunctive relief, and may report unlawful activity to authorities.

• Do not copy, share, publish, resell, scrape, crawl, data-mine, screen-record or redistribute questions, solutions or any Platform content, in whole or in part, in any form, including for training machine-learning or AI models.
• Do not share your account, use another person's account, or create multiple accounts.
• Do not use bots, scripts or automation, or collude with others, to manipulate ranks, leaderboards, streaks or free-content limits.
• Do not probe, disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, decompile or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform, its security or its infrastructure.
• Do not upload unlawful, infringing, defamatory, obscene or abusive content anywhere on the Platform.
• Do not use the Platform for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.

7. Intellectual Property; Limited Licence

All content and materials on the Platform, including questions, solutions, explanations, analytics, software, databases, design, logos and trademarks (including the Quiz4Exam brand), are owned by or licensed to Sitocrats Pvt. Ltd. and are protected by Indian and international intellectual-property laws.

We grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the content solely for your own, non-commercial exam preparation. No other right is granted. This licence ends automatically when your access ends or these Terms are violated.

If you send us feedback, suggestions or ideas, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free right to use them without restriction or compensation.

8. Rankings, Analytics & No Guarantee of Outcomes

Ranks, percentiles, accuracy metrics, readiness indicators and similar figures are computed solely from user activity on our Platform. They are indicative study aids only; they are not a prediction, guarantee or representation of your score, rank, selection or success in any actual examination, and must not be relied upon as such.

The Platform provides practice material, not professional, career or academic advice. You are solely responsible for your preparation decisions and outcomes. We make no warranty that content is complete, current, accurate or error-free; questions and answer keys may contain errors despite our review processes, and our liability for any content error is limited to correcting it and re-scoring affected attempts where feasible.

9. Third-Party Services & Links

The Platform relies on third-party services such as payment gateways, SMS/communication providers, app stores and hosting infrastructure, and may contain links to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for the availability, acts, omissions, content or policies of any third party. Your dealings with third parties are solely between you and them.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AVAILABILITY OR UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION, ALL OF WHICH ARE DISCLAIMED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE OR UNINTERRUPTED, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW: (a) IN NO EVENT WILL SITOCRATS, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL OR OPPORTUNITY (INCLUDING LOSS OF OPPORTUNITY, SCORE OR SELECTION IN ANY EXAMINATION), HOWEVER ARISING; AND (b) OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE PLATFORM OR THESE TERMS IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM (OR ₹500 IF YOU HAVE MADE NO PAYMENT).

These limitations apply regardless of the theory of liability (contract, tort, negligence, statute or otherwise) and even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law, including mandatory consumer-protection rights.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Sitocrats Pvt. Ltd. and its directors, officers, employees and agents from and against any claims, demands, losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use or misuse of the Platform; (b) your violation of these Terms or of applicable law; (c) your infringement of any third-party right; or (d) any content you submit to the Platform.

13. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law, pose a risk to the Platform or other users, or as required by law. You may stop using the Platform and request account deletion at any time via support@quiz4exam.in.

Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law and dispute resolution survive any termination.

14. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, epidemics, war, civil unrest, government action, labour disputes, power or internet failures, cyber-attacks, or failures of third-party providers.

15. Communications

By registering, you consent to receive transactional communications (OTPs, receipts, results, service notices) via SMS, email, in-app notifications and similar channels. With your consent, we may also send study reminders and offers; you can opt out of promotional messages at any time without affecting transactional messages.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The updated Terms take effect when posted on the Platform, with the “Last updated” date revised. Material changes will additionally be notified on the Platform or to your registered contact details. Your continued use after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree to a change, your sole remedy is to stop using the Platform.

17. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably by writing to support@quiz4exam.in. If unresolved within 30 days, the dispute shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration by a sole arbitrator appointed by Sitocrats, under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be in India and proceedings shall be conducted in English. Subject to the foregoing, competent courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause limits any non-waivable rights you hold under Indian consumer-protection law.

18. General

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Refund & Cancellation Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Sitocrats regarding the Platform and supersede all prior understandings. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force, and the invalid provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. You may not assign your rights under these Terms; we may assign ours to an affiliate or in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.

19. Grievance Officer & Contact

In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules made thereunder, complaints or grievances may be addressed to our Grievance Officer: Sitocrats Pvt. Ltd., India (email: support@quiz4exam.in). We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 15 days.
