Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains when payments made on Quiz4Exam (a brand of Sitocrats Pvt. Ltd., India) for test series, exam packages and subscriptions can be cancelled or refunded, and how to request a refund. Except as expressly set out in this policy or as required by applicable law, all sales are final and amounts paid are non-refundable. This policy forms part of, and should be read with, our Terms of Use.

1. Nature of Our Products

Quiz4Exam sells digital content that is delivered and accessible immediately on successful payment. Because digital content cannot be “returned”, refunds are available only in the specific situations described below. Attempting a test, viewing solutions or otherwise consuming paid content constitutes use of the product.

2. One-Time Purchases (Test Series & Exam Packages)

  • Full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you have not attempted any test in the purchased series/package.
  • If you believe the content is materially defective (e.g. wrong exam pattern, broken questions), report it to support@quiz4exam.in within 7 days of purchase. We will, at our discretion, fix the defect, replace the series with an equivalent one, or issue a partial or full refund.
  • No refund is available after 7 days from purchase, or once you have attempted one or more tests from the purchase, except in the defective-content case above or where required by law.

3. Subscriptions

  • You can cancel auto-renewal anytime from your account (Subscription → Cancel). Cancellation stops future charges; access continues until the end of the current paid period. No partial or pro-rata refunds are provided for unused time.
  • A renewal charge is refundable in full if you request a refund within 48 hours of the renewal and have not used the Platform after the renewal date.
  • Promotional or discounted subscription periods are non-refundable.

4. Duplicate or Failed Payments

  • If you are charged more than once for the same order, the duplicate amount is refunded automatically; if it doesn't reflect within 7 business days, contact us with the transaction reference.
  • If money was deducted but your purchase isn't activated, it usually auto-reverses within 5–7 business days via the payment gateway. If not, write to us with the transaction reference and we'll resolve it on priority.

5. How to Request a Refund

Email support@quiz4exam.in from your registered contact details with your order ID (visible in Billing), the date of payment and a short note on the reason, within the applicable window above. We acknowledge refund requests within 48 hours and communicate a decision within 7 business days. Eligibility is determined solely against this policy; approved refunds are an accommodation under this policy and not an admission of any liability.

6. Refund Timelines & Mode

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method via our payment partner (Razorpay) within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. We do not refund in cash or to a different account/instrument. We are not responsible for delays attributable to banks or payment networks once a refund has been initiated from our side.

7. Promotional & Free Content

Free series, trial access, promotional grants, referral benefits and discount coupons have no cash value and are not refundable, exchangeable or transferable. Where a purchase was made using a coupon, any refund is limited to the amount actually paid by you.

8. Chargebacks

If you have a payment concern, please contact us first; most issues are resolved within days. Raising a chargeback or payment dispute on a transaction that complies with this policy may result in suspension of your account and the associated access while the dispute is investigated, and we reserve the right to contest such disputes with evidence of delivery and use, and to recover amounts and costs where the dispute is found to be unjustified.

9. Abuse of This Policy

We reserve the right to refuse refunds and to suspend accounts where we detect abuse, for example repeated purchase-and-refund cycles, bulk content consumption or scraping during the refund window, account sharing, or rank manipulation. Statutory consumer rights are not affected.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The version in force at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase. Updates take effect when posted, with the “Last updated” date revised above.
