Can I just buy one series instead?
Yes. If you’re preparing for a single exam, buy an individual series (from ₹199) or the discounted exam package (from ₹999). No subscription required; it’s a one-time purchase with 1-year access.
Monthly or yearly: what’s the difference?
Both unlock the same All-Access. Monthly is ₹299/mo, cancel anytime. Yearly is ₹1,999 (works out to ₹167/mo); you save 44% for committing to a full prep cycle.
How do cancellation and renewal work?
All-Access renews automatically at the price you signed up for. Cancel anytime from Profile → Billing; you keep access until the end of your paid period. No cancellation fees.
What’s your refund policy?
If something’s wrong, contact support within 7 days of a charge and we’ll make it right. One-time series purchases are refundable if unused. We’d rather keep you happy than keep your money.
What happens to series I already bought if I subscribe?
They stay yours permanently. When you move to All-Access we adjust for what you’ve already paid; you’ll never pay twice for the same content.
